BIG THANK YOU ON EACH CASE RESEARCH for HandsOffMyPod:

Ominously Positive True Crime (weathersrabbits.blogspot.com )

This case has a limited amount of information from Law Enforcement. Most, if not all, of the information, comes from the family, who are actively involved in trying to solve this case. This family has expressed their frustration with Law Enforcement's investigation.

All information included is based on publicly available sources online, but I am not posting anything as an absolute fact. I am just reporting what I have found online and do not accuse anyone of anything; everyone is innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.

My opinions are my own, and I cannot say everything I would like to say about this case due to legality.

The case (the number is 108254) is active and is considered an endangered missing person.

"It brings up a nauseous, horrible feeling in my stomach every time I have come out here," said her mother, Canitha Taylor. "I think she was taken. You worry about her being hurt, suffering... I can't sleep. I just want to take care of her, she is my child."

Taylor had some larceny-grand theft charges of less than 5k dollars, but these charges were dropped. https://www.civitekflorida.com/ocrs/app/partyCaseSummary.xhtml

January 11, 2020

According to a public record search, Taylor had been in court over Drug possession of controlled substances without prescription charges, Marijuana Possession of not more than 20 grams, and possession of paraphernalia 3g. https://www.civitekflorida.com/ocrs/app/partyCaseSummary.xhtml

Taylor's mother purchased her daughter the car for her birthday. https://youtu.be/moIcHa-5IEo

Pre-February 2020 (Estimated)

Taylor had lived with her Mother in Dade City, Florida (This is her current home address, and she had been raised here) but began staying with her boyfriend, J., in Plant City, Florida. It is a misconception that this is his home because the home was his best friend K.'s parent's house. They had a detached garage which was a hangout spot.

Taylor did not have family in Plant City, but she recently got a job at a call center within blocks of J.'s friend's house.

https://www.fox13news.com/news/10000-reward-offered-2-years-after-plant-city-womans-mysterious-disappearance?utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=facebook&fbclid=IwAR3vC5A6udRnqas47GqdCW9PuCKDTbHrhRQEdW2lB9Z5nI13LcXyb0lCMcs

J. and Taylor had an on-again-off-again relationship of around two years, and they had known each other for three to four years.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ5J1qIjeRP/?hl=en

Taylor's relationship with J. puts a strain on the relationship between her and her mother. Tayor's mother did not see them as a genuine couple. The rest of Taylor's family also did not think the match was good since it seemed toxic from what they had seen or heard. Taylor had wanted to be married and have children, but the family did not think J. exhibited the qualities needed to be a good spouse for Taylor.

According to Taylor's family, J. would only come over to see Taylor after dark, and he did not go to family get-to-gathers or events, nor was Taylor invited to his family get-go-gathers. J. had never sat down to meet Taylor's family. The family said that Taylor changed her demeanor and how she acted around certain people when they were a couple.

https://youtu.be/moIcHa-5IEo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

According to Allison S., their relationship had started as a fling but grew more serious but only for Taylor. J. did not post about her on social media, he didn't take her out on dates, and he did not spend time with her on her birthday. Furthermore, he had rejected her, but because of Taylor's personality and need for love, she only loved him all the more, even when he was abusive. J. would call her cruel names like the N. word, dirty, demon, and wicked.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wE2yIuVKBhI

Taylor was also staying with a friend in Lakeland.

Taylor's mother said she had been living out of her car, J.'s, and her friend's house in Lakeland. "Couch surfing"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

Taylor's mother describes her daughter's current social situation as "hanging out with the wrong crowd." They also explained that Taylor was running around with J.'s friends and social circle, and she did not have enemies or issues with anyone outside of that circle. In one interview, the family says there are details about this social group they could not share due to the nature of the case. However, "shady" things were going on within that social circle.

"She was doing responsible, adult things that would not give me the impression that she was ready to book somewhere and, 'I never want to speak to you again, Mom,' when this was her safe haven here, this house, me, her family. She leaned on us for everything," said Canitha.

January 30th - February 5th, 2020 (Estimated)

Less than one week before her disappearance, Taylor had opened another savings account, and she tells her mother it was a credit union savings account. Taylor already had a checking account. (This account may have been opened earlier, but this is when her mother hears about it) Even though some of Taylor's choices strained their relationship, Taylor returned home to pick up her mail, especially things she needed to file taxes.

February 5, 2020 (Evening)

According to Taylor's family, both J. and Taylor were seen on video cameras in the evening in Tampa, Florida, having dinner and shopping. She is wearing the same outfit in the selfie photo she took later.

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

The family found a receipt to Ross on Brandon dated for this day in the car, and it used a credit card that was not in Taylor's possession. Unfortunately, HCSO had not followed up on these leads when the family brought this up according to family. https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137608397606914?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

(Estimated To Be February 5)

Canitha Taylor mentioned in a group discussion that Taylor's phone records showed her calling J. while she was inside a store. However, this was not followed up by HCSO according to family.

February 6, 2020 (Thursday)

Unknown Time: Taylor's mother called her, but she did not answer the phone. This was common because Taylor usually called back when she wasn't busy.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

Morning (estimated) Taylor takes J. to work and hangs out in that area. The family says the last seen photos that had surfaced were a photo she had taken on her phone that morning. Taylor texts J. that she needs to use the restroom and goes to the local Mcdonald's bathroom, where she takes a selfie. This is the last photo of her in the stripped dress and pink sweater with sandals. The same outfit is seen in surveillance in Tampa earlier.

4:00 pm

Taylor drops J. off at home on Cowart Road and is said to have left after.

*The abandoned car is found 1 mile away, and you must drive in that direction to get to stores and other parts of town. There is Foxy Farm in this area by the tracks. The site was busy because it was strawberry season, and it was a strawberry farm. Any time the family searches in this area, they remark about how busy it is and are surprised nobody has seen anything significant.

According to the investigators, the last people to see Taylor was J., J.'s best friend and J.'s father.

*There have been some reports that it was J., K., and Uncle, but bloggers made these.

The last known message is sent around this time between Taylor and J.. *more on this later

*Since we do not know when these interviews happened in the timeline, I have mentioned them here.

They have all been questioned multiple times. They all say they had spent the day at the house. The father/parents of the friend said they did not interact much with Taylor except to see her leave.

However, they also said that she had interacted with J. and the friend as usual but described her as being more erratic and possibly going through some mental crisis.

*The family of Taylor says these two were interviewed multiple times, and they were told J. and their friend were not suspects, but in a later news interview, the news reports that the boyfriend was still suspect. So, there is some conflicting information. https://www.customink.com/fundraising/finding-cieha-taylor

https://www.newsnationnow.com/missing/police-have-no-leads-in-hunt-for-missing-florida-woman/

According to Taylor's mother, she had just gotten into a fight with J. and was supposed to have been going to a friend's house. https://www.newsnationnow.com/missing/police-have-no-leads-in-hunt-for-missing-florida-woman/?fbclid=IwAR3Il97AOTt9a_UECLs7yxE8yFax0E__coEYnIKjN3z2czM04F7DETrm-wQ

Taylor's mother also mentioned how saying her behavior was more erratic is null, considering how dramatic Taylor was known to have been with her larger-than-life personality.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

According to Taylor's family, it is also common knowledge that this group was known to use drugs. This includes Taylor, who had been struggling but also attempting to make better life choices. Taylor believed J. loved her, and she was also in love with him. It put her in a vulnerable position.

(Family Facebook and various interviews)

6:00 pm

The last call on Taylor's phone was outgoing and was sent to J.. According to the family, this is one of the few calls J. picked up. While previously, he ignored her phone calls.

According to Allison, Taylor had never given her password to her phone to anyone but Allison and T.. Allison did not think she would have given her password to anyone else, even J..

Allison thought the password could have been more easily guessed.

(Both friends of Taylor)

7:00 pm A black two-door (faded paint) 2000 Toyota Solaris facing northbound is found on Trapnell Road and west of Jap Tucker and Foxy packing plant. (900 Block of Trapnell Road) Plant City, Tampa, Florida, in the middle of the tracks.

Taylor's mother mentions that the back tire had been stuck on the track.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_JLtR_GFpw

Unfortunately, it was not known at the time whose car it was. A citizen initially stopped thinking the vehicle was broken down and called it in, and they noted nobody was around the vehicle or seen in the area at the time.

https://unfinished-business.simplecast.com/episodes/where-is-cieha-taylor/transcript

Allison S. took flyers to Foxy Farms, the strawberry farm close to the location, on the 10th while waiting to file the missing person's report. The family learned from The front desk worker, and other workers said they had not seen her but had seen the car. A white pickup truck next to the vehicle was seen around dusk, and later, police cars. However, they couldn't see any identifiable information due to the distance from the car to the farm.

"Police received a 911 phone call that there was a car in the middle of the road. Her car was found on these railroad tracks at a 180, her headlights were facing north," Taylor explained. "Police found her car running, with the driver door open."

Allison S. had called HCSO on the 10th to do the meeting to file the missing persons report like they had asked her to do. During this call, she asked dispatch to look up the reports from February 6 after learning from Foxy Farms that the car had been out there. However, after being on hold for 15 mins, they tell her there are no official call logs, confirmations, or records of the 911 call / s.

The exact time or who had called it in is still being determined. Multiple people may have called in the car.

It is only through Allison's account that we know that Plant City police arrived on the scene first. This officer notes the running car and phone on the ground and realizes this wasn't their jurisdiction. They then contact HCSO.

HCSO told PCPD they did not have an officer available and were instructed to move the car off the tracks and wait for a deputy. PCPD did that and, in the meantime, did not run tags or IDs but placed the phone in the car and locked everything, including keys, up.

"When the Hillsborough County sheriff's officer arrived, they moved my niece's car from the middle of the road. They drove it and parked it right here,"

After Allison's conversation with the dispatcher, the HCSO becomes tight-lipped about the situation and does not release any more info about the incident. Instead, until the podcast, they briefly explain why the vehicle was moved.

"The fact that a vehicle is obstructing railroad tracks, it's an active CSX line, the decision was made by the officer and the deputy to move the vehicle off the tracks, and they secured it on the side of the road."

https://www.abcactionnews.com/news/in-depth/tampa-bay-families-our-children-are-missing-too

The detective will not release the officer's name, but the family is told an internal affairs investigation is happening. The family did ask to look at a policy for when a car is found like this, but they were not given that either.

The family reports that Hcso pulled all logs and videos of the car being moved from public view. https://www.facebook.com/findingcieha

This is also the same Sherrif's office that Kelly Marie Vasquez has expressed their frustration with for picking up evidence but then needing to be more communicative about the investigation or showing what they are working on.

Furthermore, the family was informed that a train had not run on those tracks in over a year since there was maintenance going on.

When the news asked about the situation, they were given this statement.

"I understand the family's frustration with that, but I don't have the intimate details of the investigation in front of me," said Amanda Granit, the public information officer for HCSO.

"8 On Your Side asked to interview Sheriff Chad Chronister about these cases and about the racial disparities surrounding missing person cases but was told his schedule was too busy. News Channel 8 also asked to interview any of the detectives on the case and was told they could not speak to the media. Granit agreed to an interview."

February 9, 2020, 7:00 pm / Night (Sunday)

The story of how the family discovers Taylor's car is long and complicated. I have tried to smooth out the details here. There is conflicting information from different news sources and quotes, but I've attempted to highlight these moments.

The first event is J.'s mother, L., noticing Taylor's car along the side of the road where law enforcement had moved it. The podcast Unfinished Business and the findingcieha Facebook page confirm this event. (From J.'s location, there is only one way in and out to get to the stores and the other part of town. It has been four days at this point since the car was abandoned)

Detective Florio in Unfinished Business tells us that LR was bringing items to the house where J. was staying.

LR tells J., who says, "Oh, something's wrong. She left the house on Thursday."

https://unfinished-business.simplecast.com/episodes/where-is-cieha-taylor/transcript

Porshia Taylor describes in a podcast interview how in the evening, one of Taylor's friends gets a call from J. to ask if they have seen or heard from Taylor. J. goes on to tell them her car was on the side of the road. A Twitter post adds to the timeline by saying J. had reached out to two of Taylor's friends, T. and Allison S., around 9:00 pm to tell them about the car.

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

*Taylor's family sometimes describes one of these friends as a family friend. It's possible one of these people was the Lakeland friend Taylor was supposed to have been staying with that night she went missing.  https://www.customink.com/fundraising/finding-cieha-taylor

https://unicornriot.ninja/2021/four-facts-about-cieha-taylors-disappearance/

The Twitter post also says that J. was under the influence and was with a group of men.

According to a post on Findingcieha's Facebook page, L. (J.'s Mother) had texted Taylor's mother about the car. *A Twitter post says that L. had spoken with Taylor's mother.

Taylor's mother asks T. to go to the car with her mother and pick up the tag. Allison S. was asked to go to Taylor's mother's house to be there when the police arrived, along with Taylor's Aunt Cindy.

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

Taylor's friend (T.) and her mother make the trip to the car location and call Taylor's mom to tell her about the vehicle. Taylor's mom wondered how long the car had been there and if there had been police tickets.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

"The friend found the vehicle, reached out to my mother-in-law, 'hey. Anything weird with Cieha? Have you talked to her? Her car was just found abandoned on the side of the road,'" recalls Porshia.https://www.wfla.com/news/hillsborough-county/family-searches-for-dade-city-woman-gone-missing-in-plant-city/

Before the car is driven home, the family attempts to file a missing person's report with their local police department at their home address. Unfortunately, the Dade City Police department could not file it even though they started to help and even sent a few cars over. At first, the family believed they were filing a missing persons report, but it was just an incident report.

Allison S. says that Dede City Police filed an incident report, not a missing person, that night.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wE2yIuVKBhI

Dade Police knew the car's location and did not tell the family not to move the vehicle. https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

The police left the house before the car arrived home.

Taylor's mom asked Taylor's friend T. to drive the car home. As soon as Taylor's mother saw the car and the phone, she realized something was very wrong and how serious the situation was.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

Allison and Taylor's mom charged Taylor's phone, which had been dead, and then they went through the phone together. When Allison saw the last text messages, calls, and photos from J., she called the Dade Police because of the subject matter. That's when she was informed they had only taken an incident report and was advised o reach out to Plant City PD.

The family does not know if other text messages had been sent and deleted, but this is the last one they have seen.

(Cieha Taylor's Family Discussion Allison's Timeline)

Hope Taylor said that the last texts and phone calls were confusing because it was through regular texting and other platforms like Facebook messenger. J. and Taylor had spent the day arguing this way.

(Cieha Taylor's Family Discussion Private Facebook Group )

.

"So you are going to send your white supremacist friends to take care of me? You think you're smart, but I'm smarter".

"Taylor is bi-racial and her boyfriend is white. Her boyfriend's Instagram account description states "Alt-Right Jewish Disciple of Christ/Rabbi." One of his posts is a combination of the confederate flag and a swastika, and it has an overlay of text from Revelation 3:9 about the idea of the Synagogue of Satan. This concept is a commonly trafficked anti-semitic belief, which asserts that the 'true' Jewish people are Christians."

https://unicornriot.ninja/2021/four-facts-about-cieha-taylors-disappearance/

Allison called Plant City PD and was told the car was not in their jurisdiction and was sent to Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

10:30 pm -2:00 am

This part of the account needs to be clarified, but Allison S. attempted to report L.'s text about finding the car to HCSO on the non-emergency line at 10:30 pm. They were told to go to the car location, bring the phone, and call them back on February 10, 2020. According to Allison, L. was on the scene at the car location when they arrived.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office then told Allison that she would need to meet in person for a Missing Persons Report, but they could only meet her later in the morning. At this point, this phone call ends around 2:00 am.

February 10, 2020 (Monday) 8:00 am

Allison has flyers printed at staples. Then she heads to the car location via gps bringing with her Taylor's cellphone. Allison had shared posts on Taylor's page in hopes that her friends (they shared a different social circle) would see and reach out with information.

T. also drove out to the car location, but they had gone separately.

Allison arrives first, and while waiting for T., she takes flyers to Foxy Farms, the strawberry field nearby, and asks questions. This is where they learned about the car being there on February 6, along with a white pickup and police cars.

Allison drives to a corner store in the area and calls HCSO to do the meeting, and she talks with dispatch about pulling up records from February 6.

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137599375663110?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

The dispatcher, after this conversation, tells Allison that an officer is on his way to meet her. They hung up, and T. arrived at the corner store and got into Allison's car. Allison asks where Taylor had been staying with J., and T. shows her because it is just around the corner. The two sit outside K.'s home and wait for the deputy, and when they do, they give their story. L. arrived at K.'s home without J..

Allison and T. are told to go to the car location and wait. When they arrived at the car location, there were a dozen police cars, detectives, a helicopter, and dogs. They had to wait until the lead detective arrived on the scene. This moment with the dogs and helicopter triggers Allison to this day because it confirmed that her friend was gone, and it was traumatic hearing all the sounds while trying to process the reality. Allison relies on her social work training to remain calm at the moment and try to help.

Allison then recounts that she was parked on the side of the road, and 15 mins later, L. arrived on the scene and parked on the other side. L. and brought with her J. and K.. They were all holding, drinking in styrofoam cups (Polar Pops), eating snacks, laughing, and smiling. Allison notes that J. had a bandage on his arm.

Allison waits and continues to speak with several officials and writes her statement. Allison shows the police Taylor's social media.

Hope Taylor (Aunt) arrives on the scene, and Allison tells her the situation. Allison was able to talk with Taylor's mother shortly and was told HCSO was also at her home collecting the car.

The car was taken into custody that day.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We5xKa8a6Qw

Then one by one, the lead detective meets with LP/R, J., K., and his parents (who had stayed in their home), T., and lastly, Allison, who interviewed around 8:00 pm -9:00 pm. Finally, Allison takes T. to her car, and they both leave.

The news runs an article about the case, but curiously the Sheriff's office tells the news, "Taylor has made suicidal statements in the past."

https://www.wfla.com/news/local-news/missing-endangered-plant-city-woman-last-seen-thursday-car-found-abandoned/

The family has to combat suicidal rumors as well as look for Taylor.

"I still know her, and I know her better than anyone else and I know that is absolutely not the case here," Taylor said

https://www.abcactionnews.com/news/region-hillsborough/investigators-need-help-locating-missing-plant-city-woman

"She would not disappear," said Taylor. "She would... contact me or her best friend."

https://www.fox13news.com/news/missing-plant-city-womans-car-found-on-railroad-tracks-hours-after-last-sighting

"What are three things that you are grateful for?" Cieha Taylor would say.

Allison S. said Tyalor would remind herself to be grateful every single day. "There is no way Cieha was suicidal that day."

February 11-12, 2020

According to Allison, a new detective (Detective Florio) is assigned to the case, and he requested that Allison meet with him in his office at HCSO. Allison says she gives him the same statements. Det. Florio reinterviews all the other parties as well.

The Hillsborough detectives arrived to help around four days after the family called for help on the case. https://www.wfla.com/news/hillsborough-county/family-searches-for-dade-city-woman-gone-missing-in-plant-city/

February 14-15, 2020

*Allison says it was the 15th that was the first search date.

This day was the first family search, and Taylor's brother had flown in from Iowa to help. During this search, Roberts appeared to help, but the family turned him away, saying they were emotional and angry and wanted him to leave. They all knew about Taylor's rocky relationship with him and knew he was the last to see her.

https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137608397606914?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

The family places the flyer on the telephone post, where the shoes are later found. Taylor's mother had also walked her dog over to the spot for a break. The shoes were not there this day.

They had also gone to every mailbox in the area and taped the flyers to the mailboxes.

A family-run Facebook group dedicated to finding Taylor was created around this timeframe.

After the first search and the findingcieha Facebook page were made, the community members messaged the family to tell them they had witnessed the officer moving Taylor's car. This was the first time the family had heard these details.

The family searches the area this day. At this point in time the family has done multiple searches in the area.

"We just want to make sure that she's OK," Taylor said. "She's not hurt and let her know that she has people out here that love her and we're going to do everything to find her and bring her home. It certainly looks like love out here."

The family said it took about ten days for the case to be given to the detective, and they worried that because it took so long, things had been missed, even though they do feel this detective is communicative with them when he can be. *The ten days could either be from the missing report filed or the car missing. This led to some leads, but they ended up dead ends. There was a slew of sightings tips, and each one was looked into, but all led nowhere.

The family asks that if you see someone who looks like her, snap a picture of them, send it to their page, and save the photo. Then, call the police and show them, and email that photo once the police arrive at the police department.

The office manager at Foxy Farms (Strawberry distribution) was arriving from lunch and saw the shoe's in a prominent position by the road.

They kept the car for roughly six-eight weeks and returned it to the mother.

Det. Florio said that once HCSO recovered the car, they searched it from top to bottom, evidence processing-wise. Det. Florio says he knew they had the car on the 10th and processed it for several days, including fingerprinting, alternate light source processing, and other forensic techniques.

Prints that were recovered were all known people's prints—Taylor and her friend drove the car to Dade City.

Several other friends were questioned and linked to Taylor via phone record.

We, in the investigation, we were able to get ahold of Cieha Taylor's cell phone. We've downloaded a phone and we've ended up going out and speaking to the last couple of people she spoke with and going through a timeline of who she would have spoken to. And speaking to a friend of hers that whose house she was staying at in Lakeland, she was actually supposed to go to that friend's house that day, she had also expressed that Cieha was definitely upset or it wasn't normal for her."

https://unfinished-business.simplecast.com/episodes/where-is-cieha-taylor/transcript

Taylor's mother and sister went through the car when it was returned. They found the dress Taylor had been wearing, a receipt to Ross in Brandon, dated February 5, using a card Taylor did not have with her.

Allison called Ross, but they said they would need the warrant to collect the card information if it was still available, and the surveillance from that day would be long gone due to the time that had passed. HCSO did not follow up on either of these leads.

According to Allison, the phone and shoes have been kept at HCSO. https://twitter.com/findingcieha/status/1366137608397606914?s=20&t=V2LK.zBeXtkvKhCJc6-eRw

Taylor's mother had to go live with her son and daughter-in-law in Iowa for a bit because of the memories of being in her home of Taylor. Taylor's room is left nearly as it was, and since she was raised there, the house is packed with memories. A Gofundme was created for Cieha Taylor by Hope Taylor (Aunt), raising funds for a new sign after someone attacked the last. Someone had attempted to cut the photo out with a knife. They also slashed across the waist on one image and stabbed Taylor's face.

They still need to meet their goal of buying a new sign and surveillance camera.

Plant City FL

A group of retired law enforcement officers and veterans volunteer to look for clues in the case. They plan an event near Taylor's birthday to try and give the family comfort and raise awareness for the people of color who have gone missing in the area and are ignored. The family invites news stations and stages the car to show the public exactly how it had been found.

Cieha Annette Taylor

Cieha Annette Taylor was born to her mother, Canitha Taylor, of Dade City, on November 16, 1991. Canitha waited so long to go to the hospital for her birth that Taylor was born in triage with only one nurse and was still inside the sac. The family was so excited to meet baby Taylor.

Twenty-eight years old at the time of disappearance. Taylor has an extensive supportive family who enjoyed each other's company and was private before the disappearance. However, after Taylor went missing, the family banded together, even more to support and learn how to use social media to get the message out.

The family has had to guard themselves against people who like to accuse them of crime and dissect their every movement and emotion. Some of the family has had to deal with death threats. (This is not unusual in true-crime cases. In almost every higher profile case I've done a write-up for, I have seen the family suffer this way from the rumors and the public. It's very terrible, and my heart goes out to them.)

It has taken a toll on them, but they speak out against that and look for Taylor.

Taylor was wearing a gray, white, blue, and red dress with stripes, possibly with a pink sweater. Taylor had on knee-high tan color boots. Taylor is 5'6 and 170 lbs with auburn shoulder-length hair. Taylor is bi-racial and has brown eyes.

Cieha has the Infinity sign tattoo on the left collar bone, a knife & roses on the right inner forearm, a rose and two x's on the right shoulder, the sun on the right thigh, and the tattoo of a ladybug on the outer left calf. In addition, she has a scar on her right upper arm and scars on her inner forearms.

These are photos of the possible outfit and Taylor. https://www.abcactionnews.com/news/region-hillsborough/photos-search-continues-for-cieha-taylor#

Taylor graduated high school early and had some college education, but her mother described her as a late bloomer and was all over the place regarding what she wanted to do. However, she would self-educate and loved to write. On Taylor's Facebook page, she followed many poetry accounts. The brightness of her personality would have given her an open door to whatever work she wanted, be it the medical field, teaching young kids, or having her daycare. Taylor's family went on to explain that she was very good at everything, and that meant her future was bright for whatever she wanted to do. Taylor could learn quickly and was artistic, musical, and intelligent.

Taylor is a very affectionate person who would give more than 100% of love to just about anyone. With her mother, even at an older age, she wanted to hold her hand a lot.

"She used to do something that would irritate me sometimes, but it was hold my hand, even as old as she is. She would want to hold my hand when we were in the store and I thought about it the other day. I said I miss that," said Canitha.

https://www.abcactionnews.com/news/region-hillsborough/cieha-taylor-search-continues-for-plant-city-woman-last-seen-a-month-ago

Not only was Taylor very loving, but she also wanted to see only the good in others and would go out of her way to lift anyone struggling.

Taylor was also a super upbeat, positive, bubbly personality to which people would want to gravitate. "The party didn't start until Cieha got there, Cieha was the party!" She'd fill the room with her joy and energy. In addition, Taylor engaged in a youtube channel that showed off her big personality, loved makeup, and had lots of fun quoting movies and songs. (The channel's name is CosmicCeiha. However, there's another  @ciehataylor4325) Taylor had done some live performances under the stage name Madam Queen where she donned a rap Goddess persona and sang. Taylor was spontaneous in a good way, like when she shaved her head randomly on New Year's Eve to have a fresh start.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wE2yIuVKBhI

"She stands out in a crowd. That's the best way I can put her," Cieha's mother said.

In an interview, the family discussed how this aspect of her personality was sometimes exploited by those that would misguide her by telling her they were her friends. They speculate that this may have had a hand in her disappearance.

Just like any young person might, Cieha Taylor had experimented with drugs and fell into the wrong crowd.

Taylor loved the outdoors and was very spiritual. According to her own Facebook page and Instagram, it appears she was a mix of Christian and Witch and believed in the power of manifestation. In addition, Taylor loved the water and could be mistaken for a beautiful mermaid on the beach, which she frequented with her sister-in-law. Taylor is inquisitive and avidly reads, but she is a dreamer and enjoys living life to the fullest.

EP42:Part2/ Addressing Canada's Tragic Reality: Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Men and Boys

Season TWO Episode FORTY-ONE  Part: TWO & THREE Addressing Canada's Tragic Reality: Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Men and Boys ___ By Jasmine Castillo, Host of Hands Off My Podcast Empower the Vulnerable and Make Them Heard. No Longer Voiceless. No Longer Forgotten . INTRO Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Indigenous Men and Boys in Canada is an ever-growing problem in our society. Indigenous people are those in North America who are descended from the original inhabitants of the area. Tragically the number of missing and murdered Indigenous men and boys in Canada has been increasing, as well as extreme cases of exploitation. Indigenous men and boys in Canada are facing a crisis. They are six to seven times more likely to be murdered than any other group of individuals in the country, and that number has been steadily increasing since 2014. The situation is so severe that Indigenous men and boys accounted for 32% of all missing persons alerts across the country in just one
